Dobry Den!!
Holiday is finally coming!!!! perfect time to rest and enjoy the christmas atmosphere in prague. My brother who studies in Berlin come to visit me so, today we went around Wenceslas Square and Old Town Square (again) to see the Christmas market. even if i'm tired of it because so many people came and asked me to guide them to the city centrum.
After we went around the centrum, we went to Zebra, Asian Noodles Bar, to eat because my brother wants to eat some asian food. Zebra, is an asian food restaurant that i passed by so many times and i really want to taste the food there.
Zebra is an asian restaurant located in Melantrichova 5 110 00 Prague 1 Czech Republic. near The Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square. the place is so easy to find is you are traveling to prague and it's a really nice place, really cozy to eat with your friends and families.
So, me and my brother decided to order a ,Miso soup, a Won ton soup, Dim Sum Mix, and a Chicken Sate for the food and Pure Green Tea for the drink.
Miso Soup :
The Miso Soup tasted fine, i don't really know the real taste of miso soup but it tasted the same with every miso soup i've ever tasted. but, it's too over seasoned for my taste. but overall its nice. and it's cost 99 kc (around 60.000 Rupiah ).
Won Ton Soup :
The Won Ton Soup is very good, the Won Ton is filled with seasoned ground chicken with spring onion. tasted so nice and juicy. The broth is nice and it reminds me of 'Bakso' Broth. The Won Ton Soup cost 99 kc ( around 60.000 Rupiah ).
Chicken Sate :
This is probably the one that we were expecting more. The Chicken Sate. for me it's not too disappointing. of course it's nothing compare to the original Chicken Sate in Indonesia but the Chicken cooked nicely, and the peanut sauce is fragrant and seasoned well, it tasted like The Chicken Sate at some 5 Star Hotel in Indonesia which is not really good for my taste. but it's still good. It's cost 139 kc ( around 84.000 Rupiah )
Dim Sum Mix :
This Dim Sum Mix is consist of three different Dim Sum. There are Fried Vegetables Dim Sum, Steamed Chicken Dim Sum, and Steamed Shrimp Dim Sum. For me the Dim Sum tasted average, the good average, the filling is moist and juicy and also seasoned well. but, the bad thing about this dish is the sauce. the sauce is too salty and strong that when we tasted the Dim Sum with the sauce, we lost the taste of the Dim Sum. and it's cost 249 kc (around 150.000 Rupiah )
So, overall it was a nice lunch we had in prague today. but, a little too expensive for me, we spent almost 700 kc for all the things (around 420.000 Rupiah). but its okay. (my brother paid it all. hahaha!) and i will definitely go there again to try another dish that they have, because for me it's a pretty decent asian food restaurant in Prague.
See you on the next review!!!!
Dobrou chut!!!
